About IndoSim Engineering

Physics-led CAE for failure diagnosis, performance improvement, and defensible engineering decisions.

Our Company

Go beyond simulation output to understand what the physics means.

IndoSim helps engineering teams diagnose failures and root causes, improve product and system performance, and support design and compliance decisions through rigorous CFD and FEA analysis.

We select the best-fit open-source and commercial toolchains, including OpenFOAM, FEniCS, CalculiX, and Abaqus, then pair them with deep knowledge of numerical methods, fluid and solid mechanics, and thermal physics. Where it adds value, data-driven analysis and AI/ML accelerate design exploration, reveal patterns, and strengthen engineering interpretation.

Our work does not stop at a completed solver run. We check models for physical consistency, make assumptions and limitations explicit, and connect results to evidence and engineering judgment. Clients receive a clear explanation of what is happening, why it is happening, and which action to take next.

Our vision Make trusted computational engineering accessible to teams making engineering decisions and developing safer, faster, and more efficient equipment.

Physics first

Model choices follow the governing physics, available evidence, and level of certainty the decision requires.

Insight beyond output

Physical consistency checks turn results into root causes, margins, risks, and practical design actions.

Traceable confidence

Assumptions, boundary conditions, verification checks, and limitations are documented for design and compliance reviews.

Workflow

A consulting process tuned for engineering decisions.

1

Define the decision

Clarify loads, operating cases, acceptance criteria, available data, and the design question. Our approach integrates scientific rigor with practical engineering insights.

2

Build the model

Prepare geometry, mesh and discretization strategy, boundary conditions, material data, and verification checks.

3

Interpret the physics

Turn results into clear engineering guidance with plots, margins, risks, and next steps.
